Denver Food Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit in Denver, Colorado. Our mission is to produce health equity within Denver neighborhoods. We recover surplus fresh food that would otherwise go to waste from grocery stores, food wholesalers, and farms, delivering it by bike to No Cost Grocery Programs (NCGPs). These community-led programs distribute nutritious food to Denver communities facing barriers to food access. 

We're looking for passionate volunteers to help with fun and impactful projects, from writing grants and creating social media content to organizing events and keeping our records tidy. We're excited to work with your unique skills and interests, and find a place where you can truly shine while supporting food justice in our community!
