DFR Volunteers,
Our biggest fundraising event- Our 8th annual Food Rescue Ride will be held at York Street Yards 3821-3893 Steele Street Denver, CO 80205 on September 17th.
We are looking for Volunteers to help us before and during the event.
If you are looking for other ways to be involved with Denver Food Rescue, this is the perfect opportunity to do so.
We will have Volunteer Meet up/Chat sessions that will be held at our Office at 3840 York Street and/or Slohi Coffee Shop (Location TBD) on these dates:
- Aug 11th 2-4pm
- Aug 13th 2-4pm
- Aug 19th 2-4pm
- Aug 24th 9-10am

We have set a goal of raising $60,000 to support our mission of increasing health equity within Denver communities by rescuing and distributing thousands of pounds of surplus produce to more than 30,000 residents at 22 ‘No Cost Grocery Programs’ around the metro area. Donate here! (or share!!!)
